Please fill out and submit the following form to have Guided Star Quilting do your quilting.

Once I receive you information, I will contact you with an Estimate and we can discuss your quilt so that I can get you on my schedule.

**My queue is full for Fall 2026. I am unable to guarantee new quilt requests will be completed by Oct 10th (when I leave for our next Disaster Relief assignment)

All new quilt requests will be put in my Christmas queue for Nov 15-Dec 15th 2026. A limited number of spots will be available.
